What you upload

You confirm you are entitled to share the files you upload. Files are used only to produce your Qube Grader scorecard and report.

Retention and deletion

Files are retained in FinQore infrastructure for the stated retention period, then deleted automatically.

Request deletion at any time from your report page or by email; it completes within 24 hours.

Public company research

To read your file correctly, we look up your company from public sources such as your website, pricing pages and press coverage, using the domain of your work email. It adds context like your industry and products; it never changes a score and never includes your files.

What we never do

We never execute formulas or macros, never use your files as test data, and never share row-level data with third parties beyond the processing described in the report.

What the results are

Scores, findings and the report are an automated assessment against the Perfect Cube framework, reviewed by a FinQore analyst. They are not an audit or assurance opinion.
